By car:

Follow all the highway connections to Bologna, when you get to Bologna take the highway A14 towards Ancona, (then take the) highway exit Rimini Nord.
From Venezia take the state highway (strada statale)/main road (strada principale) Adriatica (Romea) SS16 towards Ravenna/Rimini.
From Rome take the E45 road, exit Cesena Nord, then follow the road signs (cartelli stradali) to the highway A14, then take the highway exit Rimini Nord.

By plane:

the "Federico Fellini" airport in Miramare (Rimini) is just 30 minutes far from Torre Pedrera by car.

By train:

the are several good railroad connections from Rimini to Europe and to the North Europe as well.
